  The category of those who have successfully completed a technical college includes: graduates who, throughout the entire period of study at the technical college, have academic performance grades of "5 (excellent)" and "4 (good)" at the end of the academic semesters, provided that at least 50% of their grades (at least 85% for medical higher education institutions) are "5 (excellent)".
